Brief Description of each class:

"Pilates" with Carmen Gustafson - An organized series of mat exercises that focuses on core strengthening, coordination, balance, and flexibility.

"PiYo LIVE" with Stephanie Geurin -This class combines the muscle-sculpting, core strengthening benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You will perform a series of high-intensity, low-impact moves that will work every single muscle for a long, lean, defined physique. 

"Body Sculpting" with Susan Cole - A class designed to sculpt, lengthen, and tone muscles at an intermediate level.  This class will include resistance training with bands and dumbbells to work lower body, upper body, and core.  Half the class will be cardio and the remainder will be spent sculpting.

"Beginner Toning" with Susan Cole - A class created for anyone either just starting a fitness program or who feels more comfortable at a beginner level. You will develop, tone, and sculpt muscles using body bars, resistance bands, balls, and dumbbells.  All beginners will feel comfortable attending this class.

"Core and Cardio" with Travis Huffman - A combination of various core training components and cardio movements in order to provide strong, consistent conditioning.

"Body Bar Class" with Carmen Gustafson - A workout that uses 9 - 20 pound body bars for resistance. This class is designed to strengthen your muscles and will work your upper body, lower body, and core. We may also incorporate some light boxing for a quick cardio warm-up.

 "Circuit Training" with Carmen Gustafson - A conditioning class that targets strength building or muscular endurance.  Participants of this class will move between short circuits of strength training, followed by a short period of cardio training.

 "HIIT Class" with Travis Huffman - A High Intensity Interval Training class which involves short intervals of maximum intensity exercise separated by longer intervals of low to moderate intensity exercise.  A variety of equipment will be used. 

"REFIT Class" with Julie Cain - REFIT is more than just fitness - it's a life-changing fitness experience.  With the fitness world and, and the world at large - telling you to change or improve, REFIT is here to say that you are enough. REFIT combines powerful movements with positive music that will change your body, but your body is only the beginning. Bottom line, REFIT is a great workout that you'll feel great about.
