Brief Description of each class:


Pilates with Carmen Gustafson:

An organized series of mat exercises that focuses on core strengthening, coordination, balance, and flexibility.


PiYo LIVE with Stephanie Geurin:

This class combines the muscle-sculpting, core strengthening, benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You will perform a series of high-intensity, low-impact moves that will work every single muscle for a long, lean, defined physique.


Core & Cardio with Travis Huffman:

A combination of various core training components and cardio movements in order to provide strong, consistent conditioning.


Bar & Boxing with Carmen Gustafson:

A workout routing that mixes the cardio of boxing and the strength training of a body bar workout. This type of training is an excellent way to improve strength and stamina.


Body Sculpting with Susan Cole:

A class designed to sculpt, lengthen, and tone muscles at an intermediate level.  This class will include resistance training with bands and dumbbells to work lower body, upper body, and core.  Half the class will be cardio and the remainder will be spent sculpting.


Beginner Toning with Susan Cole:

 A class created for anyone either just starting a fitness program or feels more comfortable at a beginner level. You will develop, tone, and sculpt muscles using body bars, resistance bands, balls and dumbbells.  All beginners will feel comfortable attending this class.


Weightlifting Wednesday with Travis Huffman:

Upper and lower body resistance movements utilizing a combination of free weights, body weight, and machines.


HIIT with Travis Huffman:

A "High Intensity Interval Training" class which involves short intervals of maximum intensity exercise separated by longer intervals of low to moderate intensity exercise.  A variety of equipment will be used.
