What You Need To Know...

Use Venn diagrams to explore relationships and patterns.

  1. The benchmark will be assessed using MC (Multiple Choice) and FR (Fill in Response).
  2. Items may include set notation and symbols from set theory.
  3. Items should contain no more than a total of 15 ordered data points.
  4. Notation for the complement of set A will be limited to A' and ~A.
  5. Students may be required to make arguments about relationships between sets.
