Escambia County Public Schools Foundation

As a community, we are all concerned about the spread of Covid-19.  Our Foundation is doing everything possible to continue our efforts to enhance education in Escambia County and stay focused on the success of our students.  With your advocacy and support as a partner and sponsor,  we are able to leverage resources to ensure our students can achieve their future goals.  We will continue to serve as a resource to public schools, teachers and students even though the method may be changing.  Please follow us on Facebook to learn more ways to get involved or stay engaged.  Thank you for understanding our adjustments as we navigate the pandemic.

Supporting Public Education in Escambia County

The mission of the Escambia County Public Schools Foundation is to enhance education by investing in our children's future to ensure they graduate on time and are college or career ready.

Established in 1986, the Foundation has distributed almost $12.5 million dollars to public education.  The Foundation accomplishes this by working with educational, community and business leaders to raise private funds and resources for our students, teachers, and schools.

Donations can enhance the Grants for Excellence Program, Golden Apple Awards Banquet for Teachers of the Year, Academic and MIRA Awards Receptions for outstanding students, or Take Stock in Children Program.  Contributions can also be matched through state funds in partnership with the Consortium of Florida Education Foundations.

If you are an Escambia County resident, please
"Support Education" by purchasing or renewing a specialty license plate that promotes the importance of education in the Sunshine State. For each tag sold, $20 is donated directly to the Escambia County Public Schools Foundation to support education initiatives locally.  Florida Support Education License Plate
