Summer Prekindergarten Program
The School District of Escambia County has begun registration and enrollment for Summer VPK. This is a FREE program for any family living in a Title One attendance area.
Who is eligible?
If your child has never attended a VPK program and will be attending Kindergarten in the Fall 2019, then he or she is eligible for the 2019 Summer VPK program.
When?
June 3, 2019-July 24, 2019 (Monday-Thursday from 7:15a.m. - 5:15p.m.)

Breakfast and Lunch will be provided

No bus transportation will be provided

REGISTRATION AND ENROLLMENT STEPS
Step 1: Apply for a VPK Certificate of Eligibility (COE).

Apply for a Certificate of Eligibility online HERE

Apply for a Certificate of Eligibility in person at the Early Learning Coalition located at 3300 North Pace Blvd, Suite 210. (Coalition Walk-in Hours: Monday-Thursday 9:00a.m.-3:00p.m.)
The following documents must be uploaded to obtain the Certificate of Eligibility:

Child's Birth Certificate

Proof of Residence (Utility Bill within last 60 days or Lease Agreement)

Step 2: Complete an Escambia County School District online application HERE .
Step 3: Bring the following documents to the Spencer Bibbs Center located at 2005 N. 6th Ave. (District Walk-in Hours: Monday-Thursday from 8:00a.m-2:30p.m.)
